Banassac-Canilhac is halfway along the A75, 5 minutes from exit 40 (La Canourgue). You leave the motorway, drive through the village, and you are at our door: a quiet guest house with a garden, a heated pool and three en-suite rooms. No retail park, no hotel corridor: a proper dinner in a local restaurant, a silent night, and a homemade breakfast before you get back on the road.
Many of our guests stop for one night on their way down to the Mediterranean or Spain, or back up towards Paris and the north. Some come back for a week: the Aubrac, the Tarn Gorges, the Millau viaduct and the Lot valley are all under an hour away.
Practical details for a stopover
Access: A75 exit 40, then 5 minutes to Banassac. 90 avenue du Lot, Banassac-Canilhac.
Arrival: let us know your arrival time when booking and we will organise ourselves.
Breakfast: served from 7:30 to 9:30, included in the price. Leaving earlier? Ask us, we will find an arrangement.
Check-out: rooms vacated by 10 am.
Dinner: several restaurants a few minutes away, see our addresses.
Pool: heated from late April to early October. If the cover is closed when you arrive, ask us and we will open it.
